Syprocon Inc. was founded by John Lee in 1980. Over the past quarter century, we have grown into a fully diversified technology services provider with a full suite of offerings that range from requirements analysis to design, coding and implementation of fully documented systems.
We have grown by providing outstanding service to clients such as CIBC, Smith Barney, Ryan Beck & Co., Equitable Capital, Samsung Securities and Oppenheimer. Our vision is to continue that growth by offering high-impact consulting services to domestic clients in the United States and to international clients in Mexico, Japan and Korea.
In the last two years, Syprocon has taken a number of steps to position it for the future. In 2002, Patrick Mellett joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer, bringing new expertise in management and marketing.

In February 2003, Syprocon expanded its technical asset base by establishing a strategic alliance with InSys Consulting, a New Jersey based provider of information technology resources.
In June of 2003, we obtained a new infusion of venture capital, to help in the continued evolution of our products.
Syprocon is now poised for an exciting new phase of growth.
